Instaport.io provides an AI-powered platform that generates professional portfolios based on user input. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Instaport.io and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Content you create using our Service is owned by you. However, by using our Service to generate content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Service.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content that you upload, publish, display, link to, or otherwise make available on the Service. You agree that you will not upload, publish, or otherwise make available on the Service any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit functionality
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Instaport.io, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
