We offer an industry-leading 90-day money-back guarantee on all our paid subscription plans ("Creator" and "Pro"). We believe in the long-term value of our service, especially since your AI-powered profile continues to learn and update daily. If you are not satisfied with the evolution of your portfolio or our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your initial purchase date.
This guarantee applies only to your first subscription with Instaport.io and cannot be used for renewal payments.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at yo@davidmtz.me within the 90-day period. Please include the email address you used to sign up. This 90-day refund policy is also stated on our official Stripe checkout pages for full transparency before you purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
After Your Refund
Upon receiving your refund, your subscription will be canceled, and your account will be downgraded to our "Free" plan. Any features or content associated with the paid plan, such as custom domains or premium templates on additional portfolios, will no longer be accessible.
Subscription Renewals
Our 90-day money-back guarantee does not apply to subscription renewal payments. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service. You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time from your account settings.
